Holidays

Employees will receive Holiday pay for six (6) regular holidays including Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. In addition to the six regular holidays, the employee can receive an additional Floating Holiday after working 25 forty (40) hour weeks, (not necessarily consecutive), and can continue to earn these additional days for every 25 forty hour weeks worked.

Vacation

Employees are entitled to one week of vacation pay after one year of continuous employment with Concept Technical Group. One additional day of vacation will be earned for each additional year of employment with Concept up to a maximum of two weeks vacation pay.

Insurance

Concept Technical Group offers health and hospitalization insurance to any employee desiring this coverage.

Education

Concept Technical Group will pay up to $100 annually to employees who choose to further their education.

401K Savings Plans

Concept Technical Group has a 401K plan in place and will make a matching contribution equal to 15% of your contribution up to 4% of your pay. Savings from previous 401K plans may also be rolled over into our plan.
