Concept Website Back Online – Please Read!

After a little downtime, the Concept website is back up and running! Please read the details below as there are still features being rolled out and bugs to fix.

We have decided to move the Concept website from being hosted with CoreComm to Dreamhost. As a result of the move, we experienced some downtime over the weekend and during Monday (June 12). As of right now, we are up and running once again, but with only 95% of the website completely bug-free.

Here is a list of issues yet to be fixed on the website:

All Submission Forms: All the forms on the website are currently not working. We are working to resolve the error and will make further updates as we progress.
Page Links: One of the factors for the hosting move was the ability to better structure our internal links. If you have bookmarked any particular pages, please check back at the end of the week to see if your page link was changed.
Other Minor Issues: There are several other minor issues that have been identified on the website and will be fixed shortly.

We will post another update within the week as we progress on our bug fixes.

Concept Website Updated

Our website was in dire need of a complete restructuring and interface-lift. The new website brings about many needed changes and improved functionality and accessibility for our users. The new design is an enormous step in the right direction, and it truly shows the amount of time and care the company has for its clientele.

A new content management system is now being utilized to power the backend of the website. This means that all the job listings, search queries, and news items are all updated in real time. This will ultimately allow for improved browsing functionality and accessiblity as visitors will have the most current information Concept has to offer.

The first change you probably noticed was the brand new design! Concept has moved out of the black and white layout and into a more vibrant, engaging UI. The new design is meant to have a more structured and appealing layout so that visitors keep reading and browsing to other pages.

In addition to a new backend and new UI for the website, there are loads of new features available to visitors.

A snapshot of the new features available on Concept’s revamped website include:

Dynamic content listings: If Concept knows something, you’ll know it, too. Dynamic content means always up-to-date information is available when you are browsing positions, reading up on recent news or simply browsing through the site.
Brand new forms for submitting job orders and resumes: Improved form functions and layout make reading and filling out forms a breeze.
Improved, streamlined navigation: The new design boasts a new and improved navigation. There are multiple levels for users to navigate through the website, including a main navigation near the top of every page, as well as a “sidebar” of links that pertain to the current page.
Frequently asked questions: If a visitor has a minor question to ask about filling out a form or where to obtain information, the new FAQs: Frequently Asked Questions page can provide needed answers.
Searching: Visitors are now able to search the Concept website for available positions, news, and much more with the new search function.
